Team Lead - Acre, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Acre, Israel. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Your main goal will be to motivate and guide your team towards achieving their targets and delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and delegate tasks to team members according to their skills and strengths
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met within given deadlines
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance teamwork, collaboration, and communication within the team
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise between team members in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello or Asana
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
