Job Title: Database Administrator - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Acre on a contract basis with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade database software and related products
- Create and maintain database structures, tables, indexes, and constraints
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform regular backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions
- Develop and implement policies for data access and security
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure database compatibility with applications
- Regularly review database systems to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in SQL programming language
- Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Certifications in relevant technologies
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
