As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to customers through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month in the city of Acre. Biometric passport and relevant visa/work permit are mandatory for this position. Accommodation will not be provided.
