Junior Commercial Architect - Acre, Israel

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our experienced architects to design and develop commercial buildings that meet our clients' needs and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and functional commercial building designs
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in designs
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client presentations
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into designs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively on multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects is an advantage but not required for this position
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architecture
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
