A prestigious architecture firm in Acre is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, and retail spaces. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills will play a vital role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
