Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Acre. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and designs
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and payment requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Acre. Candidates who are already located in Acre or willing to relocate will be given preference.

Accommodation:

Experience required:
While we prefer candidates with previous experience in architecture management roles, we are open to freshers who have a strong academic background and relevant skills.
