Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are in need of a passionate and driven Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre. As a seasonal restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the seasonal period
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
- Conduct regular staff meetings to update employees on company policies, procedures, and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Salary:
In this seasonal role, you will receive a competitive salary of $1800 per month.
