Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Acre. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, creating and developing menus, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring top-quality dishes are served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that align with the restaurant's concept and seasonality
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Monitor inventory levels and food costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients at the best prices
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
