Office Assistant in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hebrew is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Acre, Israel
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Note: This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Preference will be given to local candidates who can commute to Acre easily.
