Are you a skilled pastry chef with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts? Our prestigious bakery in Acre is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of pastry production, from creating new recipes to ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new pastry recipes that meet our customers' expectations and dietary needs
- Supervise and manage the entire pastry production process, including ordering ingredients, preparing doughs and batters, baking, decorating, and packaging
- Train and manage junior pastry chefs and other staff members to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient operation
- Collaborate with the sales team to create unique dessert offerings for events or special occasions
- Stay updated on current industry trends and techniques to continually improve our offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end bakery or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating
- Ability to create unique flavor combinations using high-quality ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good understanding of food safety principles
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre (Preference given to local candidates but open to all nationalities)
