We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Acre, Israel. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team quotas
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within Israel as needed
