We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in the beautiful coastal city of Acre. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Paint walls, replace damaged drywall, and complete other minor repairs to maintain the appearance of properties
- Respond promptly to requests from clients for repairs or installations
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Clean and maintain common areas in residential or commercial buildings
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while completing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of clients or properties. The job may require being on-call for emergency repairs. The Handyman may be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
