Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a part-time office manager to join our team in Acre. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for flexible hours and has no prior experience. As an office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Keep the office organized and tidy
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in an office setting is a plus, but not required
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Acre. Candidates must have their own accommodation in or near Acre.
