IT Manager


The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and operations within our company. They will work closely with the management team to understand and address their technology needs, while also ensuring the security and efficiency of our networks, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our networks, systems, and data
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with the company's goals
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as network administration, cybersecurity, hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location: Beer-Sheva (Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Israel)

Salary: $1400 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time
