Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network and computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's network.
- Maintain backup systems for all company data.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades.
- Provide technical support to users when needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE are a plus.
