Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in Beer-Sheva. You will troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, or network issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients' computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will install and configure new hardware and software, as well as provide training to clients on how to effectively use their computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Train clients on how to effectively use their computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology developments in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk role
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong customer service skills with a patient and friendly attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate should be currently living in or willing to relocate to Beer-Sheva.
