We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in plastering and be able to perform the job with precision and efficiency. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix plaster materials according to specific proportions
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, floating, and spraying
- Smooth out imperfections and create a smooth finish
- Repair any cracks or damaged areas in existing plaster
- Ensure all work is completed within given deadlines
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Requirements:
- Prior experience in plastering or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses

Working Conditions:
As a Plasterer, you will be working on construction sites or in residential/commercial buildings. This may involve working at heights or in confined spaces. You will also be required to work with various tools and equipment such as trowels, mixers, and scaffolding. Safety precautions must be followed at all times.
