We are a fast-growing renewable energy company based in Beer-Sheva, seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install and connect solar panels according to design plans
- Conduct site surveys and assess potential locations for solar panel installation
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for efficient energy production
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, but may require travel to different job sites within the city or surrounding areas.
