Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of buildings and structures. This is a part-time position with the option for full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for new construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Assist with site surveys and measurements
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals involved in construction projects
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Help prepare cost estimates for projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (accommodation provided)
