Part-Time Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed architectural plans and designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity and technical expertise to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an architectural designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans based on client specifications
- Incorporate sustainable design techniques into projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
