Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. This position is based in Beer-Sheva and offers visa sponsorship for non-Israeli nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws to ensure compliance with project designs
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients
- Communicate with contractors and other team members to ensure the successful execution of design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an architectural designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design

We offer competitive compensation of 1500$ per month for part-time work. This position also offers visa sponsorship for non-Israeli nationals. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain valuable experience in the field of architecture.
