We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with senior architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail centers, and restaurants.
- Develop conceptual drawings and models using CAD software.
- Collaborate with senior architects to create detailed construction documents.
- Conduct research on materials, building methods, and sustainability practices.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Work within project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for part-time work.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in architecture or design projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit.
