Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in Beer-Sheva, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop plans and blueprints, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will require strong communication skills, as you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their commercial building needs and objectives
- Develop detailed plans and blueprints for proposed projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility of design plans
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of project costs and timelines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Beer-Sheva
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.

This is a contract position located in Beer-Sheva. Candidates must be able to work without accommodation.
