Machine Operator


A reputable manufacturing company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, as well as part-time hours with the option for full-time in the future. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are also available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery including but not limited to: CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and saws
- Monitor machine operation to ensure it is running efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with production team and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Fluent in Hebrew (English proficiency is a plus)
