Part-Time Executive Chef in Beer-Sheva
A luxury hotel in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and be able to create innovative and mouth-watering dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect the hotel's standards and brand
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure the freshest ingredients are used in menu items
- Continuously strive for culinary innovation to keep the menu exciting for guests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and nutrition
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
