Executive Chef - International Cuisine
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, located in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva. You will showcase your expertise in international cuisine to create innovative and flavorful dishes that will delight our customers' taste buds. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect a diverse range of international flavors
- Manage food inventory and budget to maintain cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques, portion control, and plating presentation
- Ensure the kitchen follows all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to continuously improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Implement new recipes and concepts to keep up with current food trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- Proven expertise in international cuisine with a strong understanding of flavor profiles
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and train a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required
Salary: $1500/month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
