In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and menu planning at our upscale restaurant. Your main goal will be to create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests by leading and training a team of cooks and ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and creativity in menu development. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Proven track record of creating successful menus and dishes
- Experience managing and training kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including food production, menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Lead and train a team of cooks to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Develop new menu items while also maintaining popular dishes
- Monitor food cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
