Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain budget plans to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, goals, and any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
