Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various building projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices for materials and services
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams on construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate would be currently living in or willing to relocate to this city.
