Welder (Female Candidates Preferred)

A reputable construction company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled and qualified female Welder to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to welding procedures
- Weld metal parts using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; technical certification in welding preferred
- Valid welding certification from an accredited institution is a plus
- Must be able to pass a weld test during the interview process

Location: This position is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to providing visa sponsorship for international candidates.
