Sales Manager for International Beverage Company in Beer-Sheva
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our international beverage company in Beer-Sheva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build strong relationships with key clients by providing excellent customer service
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets or customers
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the beverage industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Israel.
