Tutor for English Language Learners in Beer-Sheva


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor for English Language Learners in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individual or small group instruction to non-native English speakers of various ages, levels, and backgrounds. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments to determine students' language proficiency levels
- Developing personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Providing engaging and interactive instruction that incorporates real-life situations and cultural elements
- Teaching grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other language components
- Using a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction as needed
- Administering periodic assessments to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second or foreign language
- Experience working with non-native speakers of various ages and levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with different teaching methods and techniques
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt to students' needs
- Knowledge of Israeli culture and Hebrew language is an asset

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Location:
The position is based in Beer-Sheva, a vibrant city located in the southern region of Israel known for its diverse population and strong academic institutions.

Visa Requirement:
Applicants must have their own valid visa or be eligible to obtain one independently.
