Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for someone without prior experience looking to gain valuable skills and experience in the field of administration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Help plan and organize company events.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Applicants must have their own valid visa or work permit for Israel.
