Part-time Computer Support Specialist in Jerusalem


We are in need of a skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Jerusalem. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients with computer hardware and software issues. Your main duties will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, as well as setting up and maintaining computer systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring freshers who have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients experiencing computer hardware or software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, networks, and software
- Install and configure computer hardware and software for clients
- Maintain and update computer systems as needed
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep track of all reported issues and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions for complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available for part-time work in Jerusalem.

Salary: 1600$ per month (pro-rated for part-time work).

Location: Jerusalem (accommodation can be arranged if needed).
