Senior JAVA Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Jerusalem. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using the JAVA programming language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JAVA development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software applications using Java
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards are met
- Participating in software testing and debugging activities
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in Java development
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer, preferably in web development
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, HTML/CSS, JavaScript is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
