Junior Game Developer (Jerusalem, Israel)


We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Game Developer to join our growing team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Junior Game Developer, you will work under the supervision of senior developers to create engaging and innovative games for our players.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create game concepts and prototypes
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Implement game mechanics, user interface, and gameplay features
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
- Optimize game performance for various devices and platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in at least one programming language commonly used in game development (such as C++, C#, or Java)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with game engines (such as Unity or Unreal)
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for gaming and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Experience developing games for mobile platforms
- Familiarity with 2D/3D graphics programming
- Knowledge of scripting languages (such as Lua or Python)
- Ability to work independently on projects

Salary: $1500/month
