As a Teamlead in Jerusalem, Israel, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve project goals within given deadlines
- Provide direction and support to team members through effective communication and collaboration

- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
This is an urgent full-time position with a salary of 1700 USD per month.
