Part-Time Interpreter for Women's Events


We are seeking a skilled interpreter to join our team and provide language services at various women's events in Jerusalem. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately translating spoken and written communication between English and the event attendees' preferred language. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking to supplement their income with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
-Attend women's events in Jerusalem and provide interpretation services as needed
-Interpret between English and the preferred language of event attendees, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity
-Translate written materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
-Assist with any necessary preparations before the event, such as reviewing presentations or familiarizing yourself with specific terminology related to the event topic
-Provide support to event organizers as needed

Requirements:
-Fluency in English and at least one other language commonly used by women in Jerusalem (such as Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, or French)
-Proven experience as an interpreter or translator
-Knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity when communicating with diverse groups of people
-Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly interpret spoken language
-Availability to work during weekends or evenings when events are typically held
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
