Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Jerusalem, Israel

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our growing e-commerce company in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a remote position with the option for accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with making purchase decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online shopping experience for customers
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in online customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for business purposes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively

Preference will be given to female candidates. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
