Job Title: Online Consultant

Our online consulting company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients through various online communication channels such as email, chat, and video calls.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through online channels by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing difficult or challenging situations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
