Moderator for Online Community (Jerusalem, Israel)


We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Moderator to join our online community in Jerusalem. As the Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our community remains a safe and respectful environment for all members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on the online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Respond to user inquiries, concerns, and reports in a timely manner
- Facilitate discussions and engage with members to promote active participation
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing and improving the community

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with tact and empathy
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to make fair judgments
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation in Jerusalem. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
