Moderator for Online Community - Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moderator to join our growing online community in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our members while enforcing community guidelines and policies. This is a full-time position without accommodation, so the ideal candidate should already have their own visa to work in Israel.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content within our online community
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and respectful space for all members
- Engage with members through comments, posts, and private messages to foster a sense of community
- Identify and report any potential issues or concerns within the community
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop new strategies for growth and engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for online community moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in online community moderation or management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Familiarity with online moderation tools
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must have own visa to work in Israel

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
