Roofer Supervisor



As a Roofer Supervisor in our well-established construction company located in Jerusalem, your main responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the work of our team of roofers. You will ensure that all roofing projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the roofing team
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress and quality of work on various roofing projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or concerns
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques and procedures
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their roofing project
- Report any issues or delays to the project manager in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer supervisor or similar role for at least 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and management
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for this contract job. We also provide opportunities for growth within our company for dedicated employees.

Location:
Our construction company is located in Jerusalem, but we have various roofing projects throughout Israel. Therefore, flexibility in terms of location is required.
