Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for commercial buildings and structures
- Oversee project construction to ensure it meets design specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This job is located in Jerusalem but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
