Junior Commercial Architect in Jerusalem

We are searching for a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing commercial spaces that meet the needs and vision of our clients while adhering to budget and building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for commercial spaces
- Create detailed plans, 3D models, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are executed accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in creating designs for commercial buildings preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
