Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial structures according to client specifications and industry standards
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Creating detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure structural integrity and functionality of designs
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Coordinating with construction teams during the building process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Project management experience is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Jerusalem

Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
