Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will also manage a team of architects and collaborate with other teams such as engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire architectural design process from initial concept to construction completion
- Ensure that all designs meet safety, building codes, and client requirements
- Collaborate with other teams such as engineers and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support when needed
- Review and approve all architectural plans and drawings before submission to clients or authorities
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
