Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and project management. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to building codes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients
- Oversee project budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
