Senior Architect - Jerusalem, Israel



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, including accommodation and biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet the needs of the client
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
