Fitter - Maintenance Technician
We are a leading industrial company based in Jerusalem and we are seeking a highly skilled Fitter to join our maintenance team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various machinery and equipment used in our production processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot complex issues. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, without accommodation, and visa sponsorship is available for non-Israeli candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install new machinery and equipment according to technical drawings
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing equipment and make necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace faulty parts as needed
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Complete maintenance logs and reports

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or Maintenance Technician
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
